Nothing......one big dump.......
The biggest dump I've ever seen / we checked in and drove away, we didn't even open the door (the room door # was a piece of paper taped on the door) plus it was nice to watch a guy in the parking lot selling drugs / this place is embarrassing / this isn't a motel, its a flop house for whores, drug dealers and who knows what else. We drove to Vancouver, booked another room and spent the night in peace without the worry of being jumped or solicited by the other guest.......

The location was exceptionally nice for exploring this decent area, right by airport and family, airport wonderful Resturant, and all the ethnic markets. In the evening we went to Mekong Bistro, located relatively close to the hotel. Liked our rooms with a king bed. It had a microwave oven and a fridge.

The location of the motel in the middle of Jackson was convenient. The staff at the motel were cooperative. My room was a nice size, spotless, and had a comfortable king bed. The meals provided were good. There was an Escape Bar and Grill near the motel.

I needed one night in Portland before my flight left really early the next morning. I was looking for something close to the airport and cheap. THIS WAS IT. I really enjoyed this place for the money. I don't know how great the area was- It seemed like there was a lot going on outside- The outside of the motel looked decent, but the inside was totally updated (except the bathroom, but it was still nice and clean) with new stuff.
It seemed like there were people just hanging around outside- Some on the corner and some across the street at the gas station. I felt I had to be a bit on edge when I walked across the street by myself (a woman- late 20s).

I would recommend this place and would definitely come back here again. I really enjoyed the hotel and its excellent location. My room was a nice size and the breakfast offered plenty of good meals. The venue is right by a wonderful restaurant and the airport. Additionally, there was a café called Fairley's Pharmacy that I found within a 10-minute walk of the hotel.

Good value for money. It was the perfect pit stop on a long road trip. A great roadside type of motel. The decor is dated, but I'd rather pay a fair price for a clean comfortable room then a high price for something with modern decor.

The hotel's location was great, just a short distance from some really good restaurants. It was also convenient for the event we were attending. We even stopped by Escape Bar and Grill for some shots before heading to bed.

Clean and attractive rooms with a comfy king-size bed. Great location - only a short 4-6 minute walk from Grace Lutheran Church. There's also a nice restaurant nearby. 🍴

Location was relatively convenient to downtown Portland and price was very competitive--cheapest rate we found in the vicinity. The room was fairly quiet, bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the mini fridge that was provided. We'd definitely stay here again if we needed a no-frills place to crash and didn't plan on spending much time in the room.
The front desk folks seemed preoccupied and not in a good mood. Our room smelled a bit like stale smoke + bathroom air freshener, the TV didn't work, and the sheets on the bed seemed dirty (there were hairs on there when we first pulled back the covers).

The motel staff was very friendly and helpful. It located only a few minutes from the airport and car rental locations. Comfortable bed and free WiFi for cheap.
The motel is a little old and shows the effects of time, but you are paying a one star price so completely expected.
